Breakfast

Breakfast is available, at a very reasonable price with a choice of a Standard Continental Breakfast or Cooked Breakfast.

The refreshment bar is available at a minimal cost.

Children Policy

• Children are welcomed and charged at the standard adult rates.
• Porta cot available - subject to fee.

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions are to be complied with:

• Bookings are accepted or rejected at the discretion of the owners.

• Trade, corporate and extended stays, please contact via phone or email for rates.

• Please contact for late arrivals or check-in procedures.

• Guests are required to provide valid credit card details on booking, and you warrant that you have the authority to use the credit card and you authorise Country Way Motor Inn to charge the cost of your booking to the credit card in the case of cancellation or no show penalties as detailed below.

Immediate eviction and cleaning fees apply for rule breaches:

• No smoking in guest rooms.

• Pets and animals are prohibited on the premises, with exception of Sight and Hearing assistance dogs.

• Cooking in rooms is strictly forbidden by Health Authorities, and on the premises is prohibited for safety reasons.

Fees chargeable to your credit card include:

• Room degradation (Smoking, cooking, animals, vomit, bodily wastes, additional cleaning, etc.) a minimum $250 cleaning fee will be charged, plus any professional cleaning charges at cost, plus a daily room tariff that we would charge if the room was available to let, until the room has returned to its saleable condition.

• Cost of repair or replacement for damaged or stolen property, or any problem sufficient to result in a room being withdrawn from sale. In severe cases, criminal charges will be pursued.

• Guests are expected to be respectful of other guests and property at all times, and to be quiet between 9pm and 7am. A strict no party policy applies, with immediate eviction enforced.

• If required, you will be escorted from the premises by police, and charges will be laid.

Deposit Policy 

Accommodation payments are taken at check in. A charge for breakfasts and incidentals, etc are taken either at check-in or prior to check out. We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation Policy 

• Cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to the 2pm check-in on day of arrival will not incur a fee.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the day of arrival check-in time (2pm) will incur one nights accommodation fee.

• No shows are subject to one nights accommodation fee.

• Group bookings of 1 night, require a 48 hour cancellation, Extended Group Bookings require 3 days notice.

Fees will be charged to your credit card.
